2. 1. Name

The name of the Club shall be Dailyplanet.Club (“the Club”).

3. 2. Purpose and Objectives

The objectives of the Club are:

To virtually connect all members to essential utilities and services through secure, electronic platforms. Members are provided with prompt, honest, and supportive responses to any enquiry—free from manipulation, censorship, or corruption. Dailyplanet.Club is dedicated to creating an environment where every question is answered truthfully and every concern is addressed swiftly, ensuring genuine support and reliable information for all members.
To unite private members in pursuit of freedom, sovereignty, technological progress, and well-being, and to defend community rights against the threat of communism and other forms of authoritarianism.
To protect the lawful rights and private property of our members, ensuring a secure community based on respect, mutual support, and independence.
To advance the development, deployment, and membership access to the Quantum Crystal Engine (QCE)—a proprietary technology invented by Dr. Lord James Henderson Mitchell (“MJ”) that generates clean, infinite electricity and propulsion.
To provide Dailyplanet.Club members with access to free electricity through lease hire agreements of vehicles and home systems equipped with the QCE, eliminating utility bills and fuel costs, and empowering members to achieve true energy independence.
All QCE devices and vehicles provided by the Club are issued under lease hire agreements; vehicles are designed for unlimited range, providing electricity for both home and transport with no cost per mile or per unit of energy.
The Club’s mission includes removing the burden of energy costs for members, reducing the price of transporting goods, and improving the overall standard of living for all through the removal of fuel and electricity charges.
Membership fees are collectively used to maintain Dailyplanet.Club infrastructure, support club factories, and expand the availability and upkeep of all QCE-enabled products and services.
Club factories are dedicated to manufacturing not only vehicles but also any technology or products necessary to further the Club’s purpose, expanding clean energy access and supporting private trade and member prosperity.
To establish and maintain a strictly private, member-to-member economy: all trade, business activity, and economic relationships facilitated by the Club are exclusively private, between consenting members, and are not offered to, nor intended for, the general public or public marketplace. The Club does not act as a public marketplace nor offer or advertise such services outside its membership.
To ensure that all economic activity, including internal trade of food, livestock, goods, and services, takes place solely within the private domain of the Club and its membership, governed by Club rules and resolved by Club procedures except where unavoidable public law applies (e.g., taxes).
To operate for the mutual benefit of its members, advancing innovation and knowledge-sharing, particularly in areas such as quantum technology, energy, and private governance.
To oppose corruption, monopolies, and threats to democracy or sovereignty, and to promote positive solutions.
To provide education, resources, and guidance to help members understand and protect their private rights, including information on how to avoid inadvertently subjecting themselves or their businesses to public authority or jurisdiction, while recognising that each individual member retains full autonomy and responsibility for their own actions outside the Club.
To support and enable members to build, produce, and retail within the private community as private trade, establishing independent businesses and infrastructure within the Club, while remaining compliant with public tax obligations wherever necessary.
To empower members with financial knowledge, helping them understand the impact of inflation and taxation on everyday trade, and to encourage internal pricing strategies within the Club that maximise value and fairness for members.
To affirm the Club’s commitment to the private right of members to set their own prices for goods and services exchanged within the Club, in accordance with Club rules and the law, enabling members to benefit from reduced costs and improved financial well-being.
To educate members on sustainable saving, ethical banking, and practical financial systems—including the development of internal club banking and layered savings protection—to help protect against debt, reduce inflationary pressures, and foster long-term economic resilience for all members.
To maintain compliance with all required public tax obligations, while minimising unnecessary inflationary costs and ensuring that the internal club economy remains fair, competitive, and supportive of members’ prosperity.
To encourage and support members—including farmers, growers, and private businesses—in designing, researching, and developing independent methods for food production, resource management, and business operation, ultimately reducing and bypassing the need for government subsidies or public authority intervention.
To provide club infrastructure, resources, and a collaborative network that enables businesses to operate, produce, and trade privately within the Club—helping members build resilient, self-sustaining enterprises disconnected from government subsidy dependency and public sector control.
To facilitate global connections among members, empowering businesses to collaborate, innovate, and thrive within the secure framework of the Dailyplanet.Club community.
To reduce the risk of unemployment and the public benefits trap for members by encouraging private enterprise, internal trade, and sustainable pricing strategies within the Club. By enabling members to produce and sell goods and services at true value—minimising inflationary mark-ups and excessive taxation—the Club improves real living standards and supports greater self-reliance, while maintaining compliance with all legal obligations.
To affirm that the Club and its officers are not liable for the actions, agreements, or obligations of individual members taken in the public domain or with public authorities.
Members are encouraged to prevent reliance on government subsidies of all kinds, including public benefits and government-administered tax relief or support schemes. This commitment is part of the Club’s Bypass Campaign, aiming to build true independence and resilience among members and to prevent dependency on external authority or communist-style governance. Members are supported and empowered to create alternative solutions, share knowledge, and build mutual support systems within the private club community.

4. 3. Farming, Food Production, and Private Business Retail Services

The Club actively supports the development of private farming, food production, livestock management, and agricultural self-sufficiency among its members.
Members may engage in private trade of farm products, food, livestock, seeds, tools, equipment, and all agricultural goods exclusively within the Club, without connection to the public domain or public markets.
The Club encourages and facilitates the creation of private food co-operatives, farmers’ markets, and direct member-to-member sales for all food, produce, and livestock, ensuring these services remain strictly private and accessible only to members.
Members are empowered to research, develop, and innovate new methods for sustainable, independent food production and distribution, bypassing the need for public subsidies or government intervention. By not accepting such subsidies, members retain full control over their private land, eliminating government authority and external control over their farming practices and property.
The Club will offer support, infrastructure, and a secure network for agricultural education, seed sharing, soil improvement, natural fertiliser production, permaculture design, and other farm-related advancements, with all intellectual property and benefits retained within the Club.
All farm, food, and livestock trade conducted through the Club’s infrastructure is governed by Club rules, dispute resolution, and ethical guidelines, remaining private, voluntary, and protected from public sector oversight, except where law absolutely requires.
Members may also create, produce, retail, and trade any private business products and services—including but not limited to manufactured goods, crafts, health and wellness items, technical services, and educational resources—strictly as private trade between consenting members, disconnected from the public marketplace.
The Club supports global business collaboration among members, offering private infrastructure and networks to enable innovation, retail, and mutual prosperity in all sectors.

5. 4. Food Safety, Health, and Toxic Chemical Prohibition

The Club strictly prohibits the processing, distribution, or internal trade of food products that use or contain toxic chemicals—including but not limited to sulphur, hydrochloric acid, or industrial vinegar—that alter the pH levels of food or anatomy, or are known to cause pollution, disease, or harm to nature and humanity.
All knowledge and research provided by members will be continually reviewed to identify and monitor harmful substances, with a commitment to removing such products from the Club’s food chain and supply systems.
The Club prioritises healthy, natural alternatives based on member research, real-world experience, and best practices, and will actively educate all members about the risks of toxic additives in food and the benefits of sustainable, non-toxic farming and food processing methods.
All member concerns, research, and lived experience regarding food safety and health will be considered in ongoing education, guidance, and Club policy development—ensuring the highest standards of health, sustainability, and well-being for all members.

6. 5. Economic Empowerment and Self-Reliance

The Club’s mission is to help members escape dependency on public benefit systems by fostering meaningful, dignified work, private enterprise, and mutual support within the Club.
Members are encouraged to pursue training, skill development, and entrepreneurial opportunities, all supported by the Club’s infrastructure and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
The Club may provide mentoring, education, and peer-to-peer programmes to support members transitioning from unemployment or public benefits to independent livelihoods, while always upholding all legal obligations.
Membership and support are open to all who share the Club’s objectives, including those currently unemployed or receiving public benefits, provided they abide by Club rules and this constitution.
While the Club provides resources, support, and education to help members improve their economic circumstances, it does not guarantee employment, income, or relief from public benefit reliance.
The Club may, from time to time, create working groups, mutual aid initiatives, or community enterprises to further these aims, with participation voluntary for members.

7. 6. Defence of Private Rights, Member Voice, and Anti-Communism

The Club is established as a direct defence against the rise of communism, authoritarian control, and any system or ideology that seeks to abolish private rights, private property, or the free will of individuals.
Club stands for the protection and advancement of the private rights of all members, ensuring that each individual retains sovereignty over their property, business, life choices, and participation within the Club.
The Club empowers members with the collective knowledge, research, and experience of the entire membership, making this information and guidance freely available to all, so every member can defend and strengthen their private rights. The Club maintains a legal tribunal, supported by the entire membership and collective community, and further advised and supported by Dailyplanet.Club solicitors, who provide legal counsel for the constitution and internal governance. The tribunal serves as the internal law of the Club, its authority upheld by the people, informed by knowledge, evidence, and information supplied to Club forums by its members, and backed by professional legal guidance where appropriate.
Every member is entitled to have their voice heard: members’ comments, suggestions, ideas, and proposals will be considered in the ongoing design and improvement of Club systems, business, and standards of living.
Club governance is participatory; every member has the right to contribute to votes, discussions, and the shaping of Club policy and future direction.
No changes to members’ rights, protections, or fundamental Club principles will be made without a fair process, consultation, and opportunity for every member to be heard.
The People’s Voice and Community Support: Dailyplanet.Club is founded on the principle that every member’s voice is valued. All decisions, policies, and actions are shaped by the collective input of our members. Concerns, suggestions, and ideas are actively listened to, respected, and considered in guiding the Club’s direction and standards. Through open forums and participatory governance, the community supports and amplifies each member’s voice, ensuring true people-led change for the benefit of all.

8. 7. Membership

Membership is open to any individual who supports the objectives of the Club and abides by this constitution and any Club rules.
Membership is subject to approval by the Club Founder or membership committee (as appointed).
Membership fees (if any) will be determined by the Club.
The Club maintains the right to refuse, suspend, or revoke membership at its discretion, subject to fair process.
Members are individually responsible for their own actions and agreements outside the Club. The Club assumes no liability for individual members’ conduct, contracts, or obligations in the public domain or with public authorities.
The Club is committed to supporting the private rights of members and will provide resources and guidance to help members avoid unintended loss of those rights, but does not guarantee protection against actions taken by members individually.

9. 8. Governance and Management (Including Succession)

The Club is governed by the Founder (Dr. Lord James Henderson Mitchell, “MJ”) and/or a management committee as appointed by the Founder or by vote of the members.
The Club may appoint officers (e.g., Chair, Treasurer, Secretary) as required.
In the event of the Founder’s death or permanent incapacity, the management committee or other successors, as specified in Club rules or by majority vote of the membership, shall assume full governance responsibility, ensuring uninterrupted continuity of the Club.
The Club shall operate on a not-for-profit basis, using any surplus for the benefit of the membership and the Club’s objectives.

10. 9. Meetings

Meetings will be held as determined by the Founder or management committee.
An annual meeting may be held for members to review progress, finances, and propose amendments to this constitution.
Decisions may be made by consensus or majority vote, as decided by the management committee.

11. 11B. Data Library, Media, and Member Content Services

Club provides a comprehensive data library and knowledge service for members, upholding the highest standards of integrity, truth, and accuracy across all forms of information, media, and communications within the Club.
Members have access to a wide range of news, films, broadcasts, music, entertainment, and educational content, all produced or curated by the Club community.
The Club’s private library enables members to share, buy, sell, or transfer ownership of digital media and creative works, with every transaction transparently tracked and authenticated.
Each digital asset is connected to the Club’s micro-payment and digital identity system, ensuring that creators, contributors, and previous owners automatically receive fair micro-payments on every purchase, sale, or transfer of content.
This system empowers members to build their own private libraries, enjoy high-quality entertainment and learning, and generate ongoing revenue, while upholding the principles of privacy, security, and mutual benefit for the entire community.

12. 11. Privacy and Confidentiality

All Club affairs, member lists, discussions, and records are private and confidential to members.
The Club will never sell or disclose members’ information outside the Club, except as required by law or with explicit member consent. This notion of privacy and member protection is actively supported and enforced by the Club’s legal tribunal, with Dailyplanet.Club acting as the authority, fully backed by the collective will of the people to safeguard their private rights.

13. 12. Amendments

This constitution may be amended by decision of the Founder or by a two-thirds majority of members present at a duly convened meeting.

14. 13. Continuity and Perpetuity

Club is established to operate in perpetuity, continuing its mission and activities beyond the lifetime of its founder or any individual member.
Under no circumstances shall the Club be dissolved, wound up, or brought to an end. No member, officer, or group shall have the authority to dissolve the Club for any reason, at any time, now or in the future.
In the event of major challenges, the management committee or designated successors (as specified in Club rules or by majority vote) shall assume governance and ensure the uninterrupted continuation of the Club in accordance with this constitution and the will of the membership.
The Club and all its resources, knowledge, and mission shall be maintained for the benefit of present and future generations, as an eternal legacy for humanity.

15. Article 15 — Perpetual Existence

15.1 — Perpetuity
Dailyplanet.Club is established to exist in perpetuity. Its structure, operations, and governance cannot be dissolved, wound up, or terminated by any member, officer, or group. It is fundamentally impossible to disassemble—our principles, systems, and collective purpose endure across time, leadership changes, and generations .

15.2 — Expansion & Continuity
As humanity multiplies and global knowledge evolves, so will Dailyplanet.Club. We commit to ever-expanding our membership, incorporating new voices, wisdom, and innovations—all channeled to strengthen and enhance our shared purpose through research, virtue, and practical application.

15.3 — Governing Principles Supremacy
No procedure or event may override or contradict this Article. Should extreme circumstances arise, members must defer to Article 13 (Continuity and Perpetuity) to guide the Club forward, always preserving our core values and structural integrity.
